The property is also fully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee, etc... Everything you'll need for a comfortable stay! Apartment features: 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom Washer/ dryer in unit (bring detergent) Wifi Uber is easily accessible, always within 3 minutes! ***Payment*** Because many people ask, you 'submit a booking' this means you pay through Airbnb at the time of booking. We do not get paid until after your arrival. All payment MUST be handled through Airbnb. We do not handle payment processing. Please contact Airbnb if you experience issues with payment. ***Deposit*** Airbnb does not charge the deposit unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or stained during your stay, please report it right away. If a damaged item is found after you depart and has not been reported, the guest will be held responsible. ***Early/Late arrival fee*** Our standard check in time is 4PM. Early arrivals can be arranged based on availability at an additional fee of $15 per hour not to exceed 1PM. If you require a check in time prior to 1 PM, we kindly ask that you book for the previous night. Our standard check out time is 10AM . Late departures can be arranged based on availability at an additional fee of $15 per hour not to exceed 1PM. If you require a check out time beyond 1PM, we kindly ask that you book for the following night. All late check out requests must be submitted and paid prior to 9AM the day of your scheduled checkout time. Request made after this time may not be granted or will incur and additional $10 fee. Guest Access: This is an apartment , guest will have the entire residence as well as access to open community amenities. Getting Around: Marta Bus/Train: Marta bus stop sits right outside of the gated entrance. Uber: Uber is also easily accessible, within 3 minutes. $5-9 will take you to any of the prime locations within three city limits such as Midtown, downtown, Mercedes-Benz stadium and more. Parking: One night stays: Parking is not included on 1 night stays. If you’d like to add parking, we can register your vehicle in the guest/ future resident parking area for $15. Two nights or more: We can provide 1 complementary garage parking spot for those with stays of 2 nights or more. Parking must be requested prior to your arrival. You will be required to place a nominal but refundable deposit for parking items. Free street parking is available but limited.
