Anchored on the Long Beach Peninsula, this oceanfront home in Ocean Park is perfect for your next family vacation or couples getaway! Unwind on the spacious deck while soaking up the ocean scenery. Take a stroll over to the beach along the private trail that passes through a small pine forest - it's also a fun place for the kids to play! This lovely home sits on two acres beachfront with a large area with trees and beach grass fenced for dogs to safely play in! Dinners are made easy with the large kitchen and double ovens (one convection). And after playing at the beach or on cool, rainy days, stay home and enjoy the vintage gaming system and indoor area in the garage.

Golfers will enjoy coastal breezes and the relaxing sound of the nearby surf at the Surfside Golf Course - just one mile north. Head into downtown Ocean Park, only two miles away, to find various local shops and charming restaurants. Leadbetter State Park is just six miles north and boasts hiking trails, boating, and fishing. The town of Long Beach is only 11 miles south where you'll find more restaurants, shops, and plenty of family entertainment at the Funland Family Fun Center. At the southernmost end of the peninsula is Cape Disappointment State Park, featuring two lighthouses, hiking trails, and the Lewis & Clark interpretive center.
