Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The sense of arrival to the hotel was very nice. The Christmas decorations were festive. The lobby was comfortable. The front desk personnel were excellent! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Negative: The TV didn't work much of the time as it said there was no internet service available. I reported it as I left and saw them make a note for maintenance to check.

Summary: Very nice hotel - I would definitely stay here again!
