Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Please only park in the driveway. Do not park in the grass. Please note, the shower must be turned almost all the way off to obtain hot water. Pet Fee is $150. Trash and Recycling days are on Tuesdays. Please roll cans to the street if they require emptying. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!
