OUR HOME IS BUILT ON 2 ACRES, LOCATED ABOUT A MILE OUTSIDE OF ATENAS AND IS PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE GATED ECO-RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CALLED PICA FLORA.

THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED AROUND THE POOL WITH COVERED WALKWAYS FROM ONE BEDROOM TO THE NEXT. THERE IS A LARGE COVERED BREEZEWAY IN THE CENTER FOR OUTDOOR DINING AND RELAXING. THE NEWEST ADDITION TO OUR HOME IS OUR 3RD. BEDROOM (CASITA) BUILT ON OUR DECK WITH IT’S OWN INDOOR/OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH 2 SHOWER HEADS. WE ALSO BUILT A PRIVATE PORCH FOR THE CASITA. A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND WATCH THE TROPICAL BIRDS. A PERGOLA ON THE DECK SERVES AS ANOTHER OUTDOOR DINNING AREA.
WE LOVE TO COOK SO THERE’S EVERYTHING YOU’LL NEED IN OUR LARGE KITCHEN AND YOU’LL FIND MOST FOOD SUPPLIES AT THE SUPER MARKET IN ATENAS. LIZ AND I ARE AVID GARDENERS AND WE'VE FILLED OUR PROPERTY WITH PLENTY OF TROPICAL PLANTS AND FRUIT TREES. THERE’S EVEN A SMALL HERB GARDEN OFF THE KITCHEN. FREE HIGH SPEED WI-FI IS AVAILABLE 24/7 THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY.
