The kitchen and dining area are on the other side of the fireplace so it’s very easy to keep conversations going between all of the rooms and no one needs to miss out.
The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and offers all of the necessary cooking utensils to help you create your best meals ever.

Bathrooms:
Main Floor: Located off of the Master bedroom is an beautiful large bathroom with
vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, chandelier, separate soaking tub and
glass walled shower.
*Water closet (toilet) is in a separate room, accessed either thru the master
bathroom or via the hallway so it can serve as a half bath if needed.
Upstairs: Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub combo, vanity and storage nook.
The family room has high vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, sectional sofa, lots of games for family time, and a smart TV to stream your favorite apps. From the dining area you can access the sliding glass doors to enjoy the rear deck where you can grill, dine or watch the sunset. Facing the Big Boulder Lake, you will be able to see the lake thru the trees at different times of the year.
Summertime stays come with FREE Lake Club access, providing heated Pool, Beach, Tennis, basketball, boat rentals, ping pong, cornhole, bocci, volleyball, tennis & picnic area! Something for everyone! Rent your own electric pontoon boat, paddle boat, kayak and more!
Right next door to the Lake Club is Boulder View Tavern where you can grab a meal & cocktail overlooking the lake!
In the winter months you can't get much closer to Big Boulder ski & snowboard Mountain, a mere 1/8th of a mile away! (new lifts for 2022 season!) Start your day at Jack Frost, 6miles away and wrap up with nighttime runs at Big Boulder.
Parking: we have 2 designated spots in front of the home with 2 additional guest parking passes for the visitor and overflow spaces located around the community. These spaces are available on a 'first come basis'.
Entertainment in the Area:
• Split Rock Golf Course & Jack Frost National Golf Course are both less than 5 miles away.
• The ever-popular Nick's Lake House and Shenanigans are less than 1 mile away for a fabulous meal and great cocktail. The sunsets at Nick's outdoor bar cannot be beat in the summertime!
•Split Rock Lodge on Lake Harmony has an outdoor beach bar, Thirsty Moose restaurant and more.
*The Hub is a super cute shopping and eatery, and offers an upstairs bar with an outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and a golf simulator!
• Harmony Watersports can rent paddleboards, canoes, sessions for tubing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing. Harmony will also rent sessions on a pontoon boat so you can fit everyone at once!
• Captain Wolf will take you on a lake cruise around Lake Harmony
• Hiking trails so numerous, I can't list them all here!
