Dock has covered area and area for sunbathing with short walk on paved walkway. Ample shaded area with table for eating outside and inside screened in porch. You can bring your boat or jetski and tie to dock. Boat ramp located in neighborhood for boat launch, ask for access. House is small but cozy, 500 sq ft recently remodeled with lots of outside entertaining space and gas grill. Boondocks (Bar/Grill) is located close by which offers live music and entertainment on weekends, with breakfast and lunch served M-S. Can go by boat or drive.
