Our place is within 3 miles to the Hershey Medical Center and within 15 min. to Harrisburg Hospitals. It is a two bedroom and two full bath home, 1/2 duplex, located in Hummelstown. Our town offers shops and restaurants, all within a 1 mile walk and much more within a 5 minute drive.
Our place has been recently renovated with new paint, vinyl plank floors, stainless kitchen appliances and granite. When you walk in you will find 9' ceilings, a cozy living room, with a large smart tv, that is open to the dining room with a table that seats five. From there you can enter the fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything that you should need for meal prep. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, dishwasher, gas stove, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. There is also a full bath and Laundry on the main floor. This home has gas heat, plus mini-splits for additional heat and air, so you can adjust the temp in each room to your comfort level. At the end of a long day you can retreat to your bedroom which has a smart tv, extra blankets and pillows for your comfort. The second bedroom has a twin bed, desk and a balcony. Perfect for an extra guest or office space. Enjoy the private yard and off street parking.
One full bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the second has a stand up shower. Both have shampoo, conditioner and body wash to get you started. We provide bed linens and towels, as well as a starter supply of coffee, paper products, detergents, soaps, etc.
