Arriving from San Jose you have 5 options.
1. Rent a car. The driving time range from 4 to 6 hours depending on the traffic and the way you choose (along the water or via mountains).
2. Private transfer. Price will depend on number of people and vehicle type. May include some sightseeing options along the way. We can put together one day of adventure for you.
3. Local airline https://www.flysansa.com/ which has few flights per day to Quepos. The cost per person ranges from $90 to $120. It flys from domestic airport of San Jose (the building next to the international airport SJO). You can rent a car in Quepos and it takes 1 - 1.5 hours drive to the Castle. Or we can offer private transfer for $180 on sedan and $350 on 12 passengers van. Please inquire for bigger vehicles.
4. Private jet. Approximate cost for 5 passengers is $1600. Duration 30 minutes. It arrives to the Palmar Sur airport which is 30 minutes drive from the villa and we offer free transfer from there.
5. The most convenient, but most expensive option is helicopter, as we have heliport on the property. It takes 45 minutes and the cost for 6 passengers range from $3500 to $6800 depending on helicopter type, time of the year etc.
