Enjoy your time at the beach here at our beautifully renovated 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom beach house with a porch, BBQ, and outdoor shower.

• Great room has large sectional sofa and Smart TV.
• There are 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable foam mattress - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins beds (trundle).
• Close to the beach & minutes from Atlantic City casinos, nightlife, and shopping!
Entire 1st floor condo is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. 2nd floor Condo and deck are a separate unit with separate entrance and are not part of the rental.
Other things to note
SHEETS/ TOWELS
Beds and bath linens are available. There’s a full kitchen, outdoor bbq grill, and cooking utensils with silverware in flatware. Guests should bring their own consumables.
BEACH TAGS
Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag checkers.
TV
We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials.
We do not have cable.
PARKING
Parking onsite in driveway for one car or on street
Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.
TRASH
Trash day is Monday (put rolling trash, cans at street on Sunday night)
Multiple trash cans are located behind the house. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen pantry.
Entire first floor, condo, front porch, and outdoor shower are accessible to guests. Please, make yourself at home!

The home is located in an quiet residential neighborhood situated a short 5 minute walk to the sandy dunes and a 3 minute walk through the dunes to the huge uncrowded beach.
Less than 10 minute drive to Atlantic City, and all the dining and entertainment options there. Brigantine has a growing dining and nightlife scene, including the brand new La Scala’s Beach house, beach bar in the sand - check their website for live music schedule.

• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
