Feel right at home when you use your keyless entry and walk into this spacious 2bd/2.5 bath with downstairs den and sitting/office space upstairs. This home is fully, comfortably, and stylishly furnished. The living area is appointed with a beautiful custom bar, fireplace and comfy couch. This home has Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Spectrum TV and high speed internet. Smart HD Samsung TV's are in the living room, master bedroom and downstairs den.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy your meals. It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a Reverse Osmosis Hot/Cold Water filtration system, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and slow cooker pot. Cook a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen or barbecue on the grill and enjoy your meal in the inside dining area or outside alfresco table overlooking the Lagoon. Relax before and after your meal on the outdoor couch as the beautiful fire pit casts a glow of your surroundings. (also for those chillier nights there are 2 outdoor heaters for your comfort.)
Upstairs has the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, with king size beds. The balcony off the master bedroom faces the lagoon and is great for enjoying the stars at night or watching the kayakers, paddle boarders and swimmers during the day with two swiveling high chairs and an umbrella.
The office/sitting space is the perfect place for reading and enjoying quiet time with a comfy chair and ottoman.
There is central heating and air conditioning through out the house as well as a water filtration system in the garage.
The garage has a large washer and dryer, enough space for 2 cars, an elliptical machine along with a set of weight resistant bands and a yoga mat for your exercise needs. There are three paddle boards for your use along with two easy SUP transport systems. Also for your enjoyment, you may take advantage of the complex pool and jacuzzi, as well as the tennis court.
You are sure to enjoy boating, skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, BBQing or relaxing on the beach. Take a stroll to the locals' favorite lagoon beach to either launch your board or just chill. Plan to bring snacks, drinks, beach towels, umbrella and chairs (provided for you) and enjoy the beach for the day. Carlsbad Lagoon Recreational Area is a paddle away and offers plenty of fun rentals. It’s truly a water sport paradise.
