Summary: No directions to find thermostat, tv didnt work, left soaps for two, registered for 3 people. They did upgrade us to bigger and very nicesuite with everything working. However, very disappointed they close iffice down early and you have to call to speak to someone. Sidewalk and parking lot full of ice. They done no salting yet by 10:30! Won’t return.
