Summary: The communication and service we received from staff prior to and during our stay was incredible. They were very flexible with us regarding snow and offered to change the facilities we reserved to make sure we were comfortable and warm and were gracious when bad road conditions caused us to arrive much later than expected. We chose to stay in a tipi, which was beautifully decorated and very cozy despite the cold weather. The grounds have incredible views and private paths you can use for hiking. There are also other activities available onsite and in the area. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a night and we can’t wait to return in warmer weather.
