Positive: Our stay at Benesari Batik Villa was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa, and it exceeded every expectation — private, serene, beautifully designed, and completely immersed in nature. The villa itself is breathtaking. The spacious room is elegant and calming, with a stunning bathroom featuring both a large rain shower and deep bath that felt like our own private spa. But the real magic is the incredible private pool overlooking the lush rice fields — a view we could never get tired of. Being able to walk through and explore the fields made the experience even more special and truly Balinese. From the very first interaction, manager Eka was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the entire booking process seamless and stress-free. However, what truly set this stay apart was Hendra. From the moment we arrived, he went far above and beyond to look after us with genuine care, kindness, and attention to detail. He was always available on WhatsApp, responded instantly to our requests, and provided amazing local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. His hospitality was so outstanding that we actually extended our stay for an extra night — we simply didn’t want to leave. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered: filtered cold water in the room, a delicious daily breakfast, and an incredible local Warung that delivers authentic, flavourful Indonesian food straight to your villa. Hendra and the entire team made us feel so welcomed, relaxed, and looked after — it honestly felt like staying with friends rather than at an accommodation. His service was exceptional, heartfelt, and truly five-star. We cannot recommend Benesari Batik Villa highly enough and will absolutely be returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, and truly special stay in Ubud, this is the place.
