This is a gorgeous resort-like home sleeping up to 12 adults on Roses lake. This property is complete with a heated pool (open seasonally), soaking hot tub (no jets), large outdoor areas, a pool house complete with kitchenette and entertainment area.
Guests have access to 6 external luxury suites, each with private external entrance and ensuite full bathrooms. Guests will have full use of all the property amenities. This includes the pool, soaking tub, and pool house/game room which has a kitchenette (not a full kitchen).
Please note there is an owners home/section of the property which may or may not be occupied by the owners during your stay. Don't worry... if you see us, we are friendly!
The pool and soaking tub are occasionally closed due to weather or maintenance/cleaning needs. All amenities are not guaranteed. If important to you, inquire as to their status before arriving.
This property is within 1 mile of up to 20 wineries, near many restaurants, and a quick drive to downtown. If you have special requests, would like wine in your rooms, or help with reservations, send us a message and we can help!
Note, owners endeavor to offer all the items listed. Occasionally things may come up outside of their control, for example the BBQ may break, or power may go out, a previous guest may have taken the spatula, etc. Please reach out to our property manager and we will do our best to address any concerns, but if anything is crucial to your stay please reach out before you arrive to inquire.

House Rules:
- Please refrain from smoking, lighting candles, or making outdoor fires.
- Please compost food scraps & scrape plates (we are on a septic system, so no garbage disposal or items down the toilet other than toilet paper... any damages caused to the septic are the responsibility of guests and will be billed back)
- Chelan County recently implemented new short term rental laws which limit occupancy, among other safety and neighborhood friendly rules. If you show up with excess people, cars or violate any onsite rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property without any refunds. Any code violations, tickets or fees may also be passed on to guests for payment. Thanks in advance for helping being good guests for my neighbors and community!

- Possibility to see wildlife, deer, sheep, small critters, such as snakes, rats, or birds. Please do NOT book this listing if you aren't comfortable with wildlife! Chelan has plenty of it!
- Lake Chelan is 55 miles and water level, temperature and wind constantly fluctuates. Mid-June, expect cooler weather and lower lake water levels.
- Mid-June to September, expect warmer weather and higher lake water levels... which is more optimal for swimming.
- Wind and weather can vary at all times of the day. Please do not book this listing if you are NOT comfortable with changing weather conditions.
- No smoking, candles or campfires. We live in super dry terrain and there is a burn ban June to October.
- The pool filter will be overloaded if you do not make sure you're clean when you enter and make sure people do not urinate in it.
- Unfortunately forest fires each summer are the new norm across Washington State, impacting air quality day to day from Seattle to Chelan to Spokane and beyond. We are unable to provide refunds for forest fires, natural disasters or other random acts of nature beyond our control... so please do not book my home if you are not comfortable with this policy.
- Please do NOT mail any packages, letters or deliveries to the property as the mailbox is locked and reserved for exclusive use by the owners.
- Please do not lock the front gate as this impedes access for our maintenance staff, who frequently visit to help maintain the landscaping and property.
- Please do not leave any doors open unattended. This keeps bugs and wildlife out!
- Please do NOT move the indoor or outdoor furniture around. Guests will be charged if furniture requires moving by our cleaning team.
- Please do not leave any food or personal affects at the property
- Please have fun and treat our home like it is your own
