- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. 200$ per day penalty.
- Do not park in numbered spots. You will find a few NOT NUMBERED spots close to the house where you can park your car.
- Check-in time is between 4 pm and 10 pm. Let us know if for some reason you need to come at a different time.
- We are FIRM with quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am inside the house and the entire community.
- No unregistered guest or visits allowed.
- No animals in the house.
- Any significant damage or any property loss will be charged to your card and will be notified to the police and Vrbo
- Any significant cleaning issue that leads to an additional cleaning cost will be charged to your card.
- Check-out time is until 11 am. 100$ for the late check-out fee. If your check-out time exceeds 2 hours you will be charged for the entire day cost.
