This 3rd floor corner unit with extra high ceilings and elevator access is one of the largest in Wild Pines (almost 1,500 sq. ft.), and features a beautiful wrap around lanai with Golf and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. Both bedroom suites have private baths and sliding doors to the lanai. The master suite is tucked away for privacy, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has dual sinks, a deep tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen tv as well. The bedroom and bath can be closed off behind a pocket door for complete privacy. The living room has a Queen pull out couch (comfortable for 2 young kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles) with free parking, chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. In Season (Nov - April) there is a free shuttle running hourly. It is within walking distance of shopping & restaurants. Bonita Bay offers many amenities, including a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico with in-season shuttle service, three parks, basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts, a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area and clubhouse for picnicking.
