This spacious condo is located in the beautiful Brigantine Island Beach Resort (BIBR), which is directly on the ocean dunes. This is a weekly rental, Saturday-Saturday. This two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the 3rd floor, and has a large, private balcony with views of the ocean. The patio view is the reason we purchased this home, and I'm sure you will enjoy spending lots of time on it. The reading nook is positioned perfectly for you to view the ocean while you enjoy your favorite book or a cup of coffee. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with a private full-bath, and there are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom with a hallway full-bath. Renters are responsible for bringing their own linens, toiletries, and towels.
This smoke free unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. There is a Keurig and traditional coffee maker for your use. A reserved, covered parking spot keeps your car cool in the summer heat. Additional on-site parking is available, as well as plenty of street parking. There is a luggage dolly and an elevator to make unpacking quick and painless! Pets are NOT allowed by the Condo association. Take a dip in the private heated pool after a morning on the beach. The beach adjacent to the condo is nice and wide, so there is plenty of room to spread out. Take note, the walk to the beach takes about 7 minutes. The unit boasts memory foam mattresses, quartzite countertops in the kitchen, new appliances, and fresh paint. WiFi/cable included, along with four beach tags and five pool tags.
