The property is in a private and safe building, split into 2 levels. Above, you'll find 'summer':

Our guests have ranged from small romantic couples to business travelers and large party-loving groups. Everybody loves the view and enjoys being able to relax in a private paradise right next to the beach. They go out, cook at home, hit the beach and adore the sun/moon by the pool. They all love it.
