Ideal for anglers, paddlers, and nature lovers, this well-equipped home offers direct river access, beautiful wooded views, and year-round outdoor adventure. This stretch of the Manistee River is part of Michigan’s blue ribbon trout stream, celebrated for its world-class fly fishing and crystal-clear waters teeming with wild trout.
Inside, the open main living area features warm wood accents, large windows overlooking the river, and a central stone fireplace with real wood-burning charm. The main-level bedroom includes a queen bed, and the upper loft offers four twin beds—perfect for families or small groups. A full bathroom with a tub, plus a washer and dryer, add comfort and convenience for extended stays.
The screen porch is a guest favorite, perfect for sipping coffee, playing cards, or simply enjoying the sound of the river. Step outside to a quiet residential setting on a well-maintained road. The home is set close to the river and features an outdoor fire pit, grill, and smoker.

Guest Access:
This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form and agreeing to our terms of service. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 55 degrees and close the blinds.
•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.
