Amazing Valley - This 4 bedroom home earns its name from the awesome views up and down the Susquehanna River valley and the gentle rolling hills on either side of the valley. This is a great choice for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation for the whole family. It sits on a large parcel of 4 acres. It is a ranch home built into a gentle knoll with a finished walk out basement - referred to as lower level. A hedge of mature evergreens shields the home from the road noise and provides privacy. A circular drive provides easy entry to the road.
The above ground swimming pool is 24' in diameter and 4' deep. The pool is surrounded with tasteful decking and landscaping. An expansive balcony runs along the whole back of the home. It features outside dining and relaxing. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the rolling hills across the valley.
There are 4 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the lower level. There are 2 baths- 1 on main floor, off the hallway with a tub & a shower, 1 on the lower level, off the hallway with a shower.
This home has a Rinnai “on-demand” hot water system and a whole house water filter system. There is a very user-friendly kitchen on the main level and another galley kitchen on the lower level as well. This home has a washer / dryer on the lower level.
