An amazing lakefront property with private boat dock. Local grocery stores offer pick up so you would just need to order online and pop the trunk. The home has been cleaned and sanitized. We can also deliver the boat to your dock. This will provide fresh air, fun and a much needed distraction.
The Executive cabin is a true vacation home! Designed and built with the high end vacation home enthusiast in mind. The home was built in 2014.
Kitchen Island and dinning room table will combine to seat 16 all in the same space. There are 5 rooms with beds... but due to the queen over queen bunks with loft area the house will also sleep 16 people. The max number of adults is 10 and up to 6 kids. The home is priced for up to 10 people (so smaller families can enjoy too) then there is a small per person up charge up to a max of 16.

Paige Pace, the owner has taken the lead in furnishing the home. She has it looking like it belongs in a southern vacation home magazine.
This property is part of the North Georgia Boat Club. Membership is only $200 per year! and will be included in quote. If you are already a member please deduct $200 from price quote. It does give you access to discounted boat rentals. Weekly Monthly or Greater rentals are available direct from owner to non boat club members based on availability. Any owner direct rentals or sublease Via North Georgia Boating Club will conform to Forsyth County Code. Please read associated terms of use document to confirm compliance details.
