We provide 2 air mattress and extra linens for guests beyond 12.
The space
This Listing is for both units 1 & 2 of the duplex. When booking this listing you are booking the entire house with approximately 8 parking spaces(depending on vehicle size). There is a adjoining door between the 2 units that will be unlocked for your use to make the 2 spaces cohesive for your stay.
To enter the house there are a few stairs(4 exactly) at each entry door. The house is 2 floors; 3 beds, 2 baths, and full kitchen on the main floor and 2 beds, 1 bath, and full kitchen upstairs.
On the main floor the 3 spacious bedrooms have the following sleeping accommodation's: one king bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, one queen bedroom, and one queen and full bedroom.
Upstairs you will find 2 additional spacious bedrooms and the following sleeping accommodation's: one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a pull out twin ottoman in the Livingroom. We also provide 2 queen size air mattress's and extra linens for groups larger than 10.
What's better than a big kitchen when traveling with a extra large group? TWO! Downstairs We have a large fully stocked kitchen with lots of room to move around and cook and serve a large family meal, but with the help of the upstairs galley style eat in kitchen, 2nd fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeepot your large group can find more comfort and ease during their stay! Not to mention both kitchens are completely renovated with brand new appliances, pots, pans, plenty of dishes and glassware, wine glasses, a drip and (2) k cup coffee makers, and (2) toasters. Don't worry about bringing anything for the kitchen because we didn't skip pizza cutters, measuring cups, hot pads, or any other essentials! We stock our kitchens to please our guests, if anything is missing we welcome requests! :)
Renting a large expansive 5 bedroom 3 full bath house/duplex has its advantages for both togetherness and having space from one another when needed! The 2 separate living/dining room areas in each unit are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of seating options for relaxation and quality time with your loved ones. OR when you just need space or don't want to share a TV with the kids, your spouse, or your mother in law; spread out, utilize all the extra living space and the 3 TVs throughout the house. (We offer a 58" Smart TV in both Livingroom's as well as a 32" movable Smart TV)
When it's time to gather for game night, we provide cards and a small collection of board games that we often rotate between all of our units so they stay ever changing. :)
There are three full size bathrooms in the duplex. Two provide full size tubs, while one provides only a stand up shower. All Three baths are fully stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, Toilet Paper, Linens, Bath Mats and Blow driers.
Additionally the duplex provides 2 laundry rooms/closets! Our Brand new Dual function Washer/Driers provide convenience with a wash/dry cycle for you to start laundry before heading out for the day and come home to completely washed and dried laundry! But if you prefer a standard experience these machines also allow you to wash only or dry only.
Traveling with kids or a baby? We provide plenty of baby/kid amenities (baby bath, sound machine, pack n plays, toys, and books, highchair upon request). :) Forgot something for your child? Don't hesitate to request with us, we have a child at home, and if its something we have and are not using we may bring it over for your stay. :)
Additionally we have 2 small outdoor spaces for your group. Downstairs on the side of the house there is a small private patio/entryway space. Here you will find a exterior dining table for 2. Upstairs there is a large private patio/balcony space. Here you will find 3 exterior chairs and cushions in the storage box. Charcoal grill is available for guest use if you'd like to cook out!
