This property is a new construction finished in April 2022. We furnished it with quality amenities. Please use the golden rule and respect it all. Respect the neighbors, the amenities, and everything provided within the property.

There is room for additional air mattresses if you decide to bring one along. Please do notify us if you desire to bring along additional guests, as we do have various ways in which we can accommodate you all.

This particular listing has 3 nearly identical sisters on the same property. If you decide you could use more space, or a few additional bedrooms equipped with KING Beds, do message us ASAP and let us know the number of people in your group.

We have helped accommodate big families in the past, as we have 8 bedrooms total, so do not hesitate to ask. Keep in mind even with big parties, all house rules still apply and so please deviate from big loud parties as party fees still do apply. Please be honest with your intentions.

You will be a few minutes walk from coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, shopping, entertainment and arts, and sports.

Light Rail is a 2minute walk from your home; Highway is a 1 minute drive. (You cannot hear the highway when you sleep).

Massive park across the street is dog friendly, And there are 2 Dog Parks also. Hance Park features volleyball court, Friendship Garden with pond, children's playground, and sprawling grass. Great for IG pics!

We also provide our guests with beds, bowls, and toys for your doggies. In addition, this property comes with the shared doghouse in the backyard AND, in case we have not mentioned it enough, you can also take your dogs to the dog parks across the street or have them join you and your family in the dog-friendly park as a whole.
